Waterman 12 Sleeve Filler – Wet Noodle See Price Here
Here is one of the most rare filling systems you will find on a Waterman. The pen has a sleeve hiding an opening in the barrel where there is a bar that you push to fill the pen. You simply slide the sleeve back, immerse the pen, and push the bar. These have a slip cap similar to a 12 eyedropper, but a bit longer. The BCHR is faded to a brown and the chasing is worn but not entirely without texture. The imprints are still pretty good and very readable. The squeeze bar has lots most of it’s original paint. The pen sports a very nice 14kt. Waterman #2 that writes superbly as an XF. Very smooth. It also has some great flex going from 0.3mm to 2.3mm. This is not a paintbrush wet noodle, and really is on the border between super flex and wet noodle as far as ease of flex is concerned. But the nib is very responsive and easy to control. A great and rare pen. See Price Here
