Sheaffer Balance  (On Ebay)

Here is a Sheaffer Balance  measuring in at 5 3/8″, but it does have the thinner profile. It is made of gray and black striped celluloid. It is in fair condition. The nickel plated trim shows some plate loss both on the lever, band, and clip. The band actually has quite a bit of pitting. The imprint is very good. The two-tone nib is no longer two tone but solid yellow gold. Nevertheless, the 14kt. Sheaffer Lifetime nib writes with a nice, smooth F. I’d say on the finer side of fine. It is pretty firm.

• Pen (barrel, section, nib, feed, & cap) thoroughly cleaned & flushed
• Buffed out scratches and polished pen body
