Wahl Flat Top with “Flexible” Nib – Super Flex – (On Ebay)
This is a nice Wahl BCHR flat top in excellent condition. The hard rubber is still pretty black. Faded a touch, but black. The chasing has minimal wear. The gold filled trim is in excellent condition with little to no brassing. There is a scratch on the lever, but nothing major. The 14kt. Wahl Eversharp “Flexible” nib is a great flex nib. It is quite responsive and makes some nice crisp flexing with a range of 0.3mm to 2.0mm. It writes as a smooth XF with a bit of character. I wouldn’t call it an italic, but it does have a little bit of flare. I’ve enjoyed writing with it.
