Wahl-Eversharp Skyline – Good Flex – (On Ebay)

Love a good Skyline. Here is one in black with the classic ribbed, gold-filled cap. The body looks great with only slight, surface scratching from normal use. Most everything buffed out beautifully. The cap is a beauty. Really hard to find one of these without dings, and I can’t find one on this cap. No brassing on the cap or clip. A little plate wear on the top of the lever from posting the cap over the years. The clip does have a little ding down on the end. The 14kt. Eversharp nib is what you would expect. Wet, beautifully smooth, but it’s also surprisingly fine coming in a 0.3mm (XF). The flex on this has very good range going up to 1.5mm and great flow. It is just a bit too stiff to be a “super flex.” Still, a great Skyline.
