Waterman 3 – Wet Noodle (See Price Here)

Here is a wonderful Waterman 3 in silver and red celluloid. The body looks great without anything in the way of significant scratches, etc. The chrome plated trim does have some wear. There is some pitting on the clip and a little bit on the lever. The thin cap band also has a bit of west on it when you looks closely. But this pen is all about the nib, which is a stunner. The 14kt. Waterman #2 is a wet writing XF with a smooth “sweet spot.” But the really joy of this pen is that it has soft, easy, near paintbrush flex that is both huge and responsive. The range of this nib is superb going from XF (0.3mm) to a whopping BBBB (1.9mm). Combined with that range is a upper level responsiveness hard to find in a nib this soft. • Test driven for a week to insure quality
