Waterma 0552 1/2 – Super Flex   (On Ebay)

Here is a superb Waterman 0552 1/2. This pen is still in beautiful condition. The black hard rubber is still pretty black with only a little bit of fading. The gold filled overlay is in gorgeous condition and is still stunning to look at the way all the little squares catch and reflect the light. There are a few small scuffs on the lever. Otherwise, the gold filled trim and overlay are pretty spotless. The name “Dells” is inscribed in the side of the body in a lovely script. The imprints on the end of the barrel are still crisp. The 14kt. Waterman #2 is a phenomenal nib. The wet XF is buttery smooth and a real joy to write with. The flex is also incredible. It ranges from XF to BBB (1.6mm). The flex is nearing wet noodle softness but not quite there. It has a great bounce and responsiveness to it as well. This pen is simply stunning in every way.
