Waterman 52 1/2V  – Super Flex / Wet Noodle  (On Ebay)

Here is a nice looking Waterman 52 1/2 in BCHR with gold filled trim. The hard rubber has faded to a dark brown and the chasing is worn though visible. Chasing on the cap still has some texture. Imprints are also worn but readable. The gold-filled trim is in good condition with no brassing. There is some wear to the edges of the lever box, but it still has no brassing. The clip and band look very nice still. The Waterman #2 nib is a wet writing F (0.5mm). It’s pretty smooth. It has a little bit of feedback but still writes nicely. The nib flexes with ease up to BBB (1.7mm) and has some nice responsiveness. The ease of flex is right on the border between “Super flex” and “Wet Noodle”. It’s a very high quality flex nib.
