Conklin Vest Pen – Good/Super Flex – (On Ebay)

Here is a Conklin vest pen in BCHR. The hard rubber has faded some to a dark brown. The chasing is slightly worn but still pretty good. The imprints are also a little worn but easily read. The gold filled trim is in good condition without any brassing. The 14kt. Conklin #2 is a ultra smooth writing F (0.45mm) that flexes up to BBB (1.8mm). This nib is right on the border between “good” and “super” flex. It has the range of a super flex nib, but is a bit on the stiff side for super flex. Still, a nice flex nib.
