Waterman 52 – Super Flex (On Ebay)
Here is another great BCHR Waterman 52. The 52’s are pens that just age so well. I actually prefer mine with some wear and fading, but to each his own. This one does have some browning, though it is still quite dark. The chasing is a worn but does have some texture. Imprints also have a little wear, but are still very readable. The nickel plated clip has some light scratching on it and some minor plate loss. The lever looks pretty good. This 14kt. Waterman #2 nib is a nice and smooth XF (0.3mm). It flexes up to 1.8mm pretty easily. It does have the biggest flex range, but it does have a great bouncy feel to it. It is quite responsive and a joy to flex with.
