Here is a lovely black with gold cap Skyline. The pen is in good condition overall. There is some light scratching on the body but nothing major. I’ve buffed and polished much of it out. There is also some light scratching on the gold filled sleeve on the cap and a few tiny dings. The gold filled trim looks good with just some plate loss on the crown of the lever. There is a very tiny crack in the threads. You probably wouldn’t even know it’s there as it’s pretty hard to see. I’ve shellacked the section to the body to stabilize the crack and it should be fine for many more years. The 14kt. Eversharp nib is a very wet writing Medium (0.6mm) that is smooth and a nice writer if you like wet pens. It has some very nice flex going up to 2.1mm. Flex comes pretty easy and the nib is pretty responsive for how wet it is. A nice Skyline with a beautiful and wet super flex nib.
