Moore BCHR L-92  – Super Flex

Here is a vintage Moore L-92 in BCHR. The hard rubber is still quite black with only minimal fading. The chasing is still very good. Nice texture and only slightly worn. Imprints are also quite good. It is unfortunately missing the clip (See pic). The gold filled lever has no brassing and looks almost new. The 14kt. Moore #2 nib is fantastic. It is a very soft flex nib that writes glassy smooth. It isn’t overly wet when writing normally. I said it was a 5 of 10 in wetness on the paper, but it might be a little wetter than that. Not much though. The flex goes from XF (0.35mm) to BBB (2.0mm) with little pressure. This is pretty close to a wet noodle. It’s soft and responsive. Overall, it’s a great vintage flex pen.

• Pen thoroughly cleaned & flushed
• Nib polished and tuned to write smoothly
• Nib and feed ultrasonically cleaned and adjusted for optimal flow
• New sac installed
• Test driven for a week to insure quality
