Mabie Todd Swan- Wet Noodle
Here is a made in New York Mabie Todd “Swan” eyedropper. The BCHR on this pen is very faded to a medium brown color. The chasing is worn smooth and can only be seen on the body. The imprints are also worn and are not readable. The beauty of this pen, however is not it’s hundred year old body but it’s fabulous wet noodle nib. The nib is a 14kt. Mabie Todd (N.Y.) that writes as a wet Fine that has a bit of a stubbish look and feel. It has fabulous flex range going all the way to 2.4mm quite easily. This isn’t quite a paintbrush nib, but it is quite easy with pretty good responsiveness that allows for good control. PRICE: $279. (To Purchase See Here)
