Wahl-Eversharp Skyline – Super Flex – (On Ebay)

Here is a Wahl-Eversharp Skyline with a black celluloid body and derby and gold filled cap. There is some lightly scratching on the body. Much of it has been buffed out. The gold filled trim looks pretty good with very minimal brassing. There gold-filled sleeve on the cap had some glue on it. I was able to remove most of it, but there are still a few very small spots that I can’t seem to get it off. The 14kt. Eversharp nib is a wet and smooth F (0.4mm). It has a very good flex range going up to 2.2mm. I would say this nib is on the stiffer side of “super flex,” but it still has a great range, good flow. Plus, it’s nice normal writer.

Restoration Work:

• Nib and feed ultrasonically cleaned
• Nib and feed adjusted for optimal flow
• New sac installed
• Pen thoroughly cleaned & flushed
• Body buffed for scratches
• Body and trim cleaned and polished
• Test driven for a week to insure quality
