Waterman 52V Red Ripple – Super Flex (On Ebay)

Here is a lovely Waterman 52V in Waterman’s iconic red ripple hard rubber. The 52V has the girth of the 52 in a shorter “vest” size. This one comes with the rarer clip as opposed to the more common ring top. The pen has very little fading of the hard rubber. Imprints are good and readable. The gold-filled trim is also in nice condition with just hints of brassing along some of the edges. The 14kt. Waterman #2 is a lovely, smooth writing XF with plenty of ink flow. It flexes very nicely going from XF (0.3mm) to BBB (1.7mm). Responsiveness is very nice as well. It’s a fantastic flex nib that is also a great normal writer on an iconic pen.
