Wahl Gold Filled 4 1/4″ with Clip – Super Flex (On Ebay)

Here is a lovely gold-filled Wahl pen with a clip rather than the more common ring top. The pen is in very good condition. The only brassing is on the very tips of the edges of the each end. The ends also have some very slight dings. There is some light scratching on the cap and barrel, but nothing very major. The 14kt. Wahl #2 nib is a nice, smooth writing XF that is a very good writer. The pen has some very nice flex from XF-BBB (0.3mm-1.9mm) along with good responsiveness. I did have some issues with railroading with some inks in this pen. A couple of my Diamines didn’t work that well, but my Pilot Iroshizuku inks worked great. I will send a sample of an Iroshizuku ink so hit the ground running.

• Pen thoroughly cleaned & flushed
• Body thoroughly polished with jeweler’s cloth.
• Nib polished and tuned to write smoothly.
• Nib and feed ultrasonically cleaned and adjusted for optimal flow
• New sac installed
• Test driven for a week to insure quality
