Onoto “The Pen” Green/ Pearl Celluloid – Super Flex (On Ebay)
Onoto (a branch of De La Rue) is a UK manufacturer of high quality pens. They are most known for their plunger filling pens, but this on is a normal lever filler. The pen is beautiful, but does show some where. The gold-filled clip has pitting. The lever has a nick in it and some brassing. The bands look great. The green/ pearl celluloid body and black end caps and section are also very good condition. The pen is much prettier in person that the photos can capture. The 14kt. De La Rue/ Onoto nib is a wet Medium. It does have some flexibility going up to 1.4m. The nib can actually go up to 1.9mm, but the feed simply cannot keep up. The nib is a glassy, smooth writer.
